Spanish chef Dani Garcia leads us to an out-of-the way, off-season seafood restaurant set in what looks like an abandoned resort, in what feels like an abandoned waterfront neighborhood. Oh, and did I mention we were in the midst of a furious rainstorm? We begin to understand the extent of the Spanish obsession with fresh fish.
