Spain Diaries: Stay Tuned for Serious Seafood

Spanish chef Dani Garcia leads us to an out-of-the way, off-season seafood restaurant set in what looks like an abandoned resort, in what feels like an abandoned waterfront neighborhood.  Oh, and did I mention we were in the midst of a furious rainstorm?  We begin to understand the extent of the Spanish obsession with fresh fish.

Oh yeah, and this big guy?  We ate him (the fish, not the man). Visit later when I’ve posted all the evidence.
